He is reported to have extracted 400 guruş and demanded 5000 more from the consul and merchants in the area. Because of his oppression Venetian merchants in the area escaped to other places. All these acts are against the ahdname. So the beylerbeyi is warned and ordered to return the money that he took from the consul and never oppress the merchants.
